 Sometimes special handling is required by customers which takes an enormous amount of time and effort. Furniture is individually and carefully shrink wrapped then completely blanket wrapped top and bottom (using new or freshly washed moving blankets). Once preparation is complete, each piece is moved individually and loaded flat in the truck (no piece sits atop another one). This way, it is guaranteed furniture arrives exactly as picked up. Customer in this particular job was delighted with the end result to say the least.

 We had to use a zoom boom to get the queen sized box spring to the roof and then down into the bedrooms? Not sure if that was due to sloppy design or greed to maximize space at the expense of stairs and hallways. In any case, I call it epic fail at the part of the architects.
